Hi, we have just received our invoice from Doree Bonner and they have added VAT! Is this normal? I didn't see any mention of this on their paperwork and thought that we would be VAt exempt as we are shipping outside the EU. Bit of an emergency as confirmed last minute and they are due to arrive on wed to pack, we did take out the cancellation insurance so can cancel them! Any advice would be greatly appreciated!
