I was check with my MA regards 187 nominations approved its 1% is refusing. Only  187 visa higher refused rate is Nomination because most of fake and small companies. Don’t worry guys once approved your nomination you are 99% already Ausi

If you dont have any issue with those, you will sure get you Visa. I only know of one person that got refusal after successful nominatuon because he had Cert IV. But he won the case at the AAT.

Hi give some advice Our employer has applied 187 visa and nomination January 2018 after two months we have found Applied different code and position. After that we rang up immi and told the situation and they said we have to send the email and we got reply they have fixed the problem and changes can access to Co.im still worries about that matter anyone has experience same situation please reply.

No mate you have to apply  Bridging visa B when you travel once you are in Overseas PR application is not processing. Before finished Bridging B you should come back to Ausi.Once you landed to  then start to processing your application. But my advice is Try to stay here once finalise your Application.

RCB applied November 2017

RCB approved January 2018

Nomintaion and Visa applied February 2018

Case officer opened file in October 2018 asked form healthcare check, English proof for my husband, police check and form 8O for all of us (we are three ppl)

October 25th nomination approved 

October 30th asked for police check from my country

documents presented in November 12th

Visa granted November 26th 2018

total stressed time: 1 year!

I am so happy and I truly enjoy my occupation. 5 star hotel Duty Manager. Planning to work there as much as I can

Did you submit your husband English before. If you submit before they asked again same one ???

Did you submit before overseas Police reports. You were more than Three month in Overseas you must submit overseas police clearance 

What is your time line, what is The reason to refuse ur visa

Look like more than 50% waiting 2017 what is the procedure pick up file,,, ??? It’s really frustrating
