Hi, I moved to the Capricorn Coast area 2 years ago and although I love the area I have been feeling a bit isolated and lonely. My partner is Australian and has made a number of friends and is very much settled. I am not new to Australia having lived in Sydney for many years and although I couldn't wait to get away from the rat race I am missing having friends around. Not being able to find a job apart from a bit of temp work hasn't helped either 'cos work is where I've made friends in the past.
