Bro I got nomination refused in this month . Immigration said the financial is not strong . But there is still profit in business and sales were also good . But can’t argue now . Going to withdraw my file before they refuse mine file . My opinion to u made any B plan for u also .

I got a nomination refusal last month.
And my agent said that my company must appeal for AAT within 21 days.
So the company did it.
And then my RSMS application will be refused after 28 days from the date of nomination refused.
But it has passed 3 weeks already from the 28th days and nothing changed.
Is this normal situation?
 
I asked to my agent but they said that we need to wait more.
 
Is there anyone have similar experience like this or can advice for me?

Have u submitted 186 TRT OR Direct entry ?

I have applied 186 TRT VISA after complete 2 years with my employer. I applied in June 2017 but still showing received as status . My occupation is restaurant manager. Now almost 19 month gone but not any response. Felling worried I don’t know what’s happening. Which stream through have u applied 186 direct entry or TRT ?

Hi guys I applied nomination and visa 186 on oct 2016 as a chef after completing my 2 years of visa 457 and from that to till now i have no news from immigration its been 25 months already is there anyone who knows about this how long its take more i sent email to immigration to find out but no outcome agent said we have to wait dont know what to do 

Because you are in the restaurant manager queue and will be processed after all the others. The fact it still says received means a CO has not even looked at it yet. Honestly just keep waiting stop worrying. It will be processed however noone can tell you when. 

I have applied in 187 TRT in June 2017 . It’s 16 month over now . Immigration site says it’s take 14 to 16 month wait to respond but it’s still same status as it is RECEIVED. Don’t know what’s going on too much tension can any one let me know why it’s taking long and what can be result. Occupation is restaurant manager .

Another 186 nomination  refusal case here. Case officer refuse my nomination because of training benchmark not paid through company account. But it was paid by company account but transaction showing on next month statement.because cheque present to bank following month. So there is nothing wrong with this issue. As I speak to my MA,he said you have good chance to win at AAT.  
I was thinking about my visa file should I put my visa file to AAT or withdrawal?  
The thing I am worrying about is my medicare. When my visa is going to be refused, m I illegible to get medicare facilities. Because my wife is pregnant and private health insurance has 12 month waiting period.
If someone has been gone through this. Pls advice me. Thanks

After 18 months of working in samr position and waiting ...my nomination got refused.Can anyone please advise can I re-apply nomination with immigration and tribunal both together.
I dont know the reason as they should have emailed my agent but I have checked nomination refusal on immi account.Agent will open on monday

My nomination has been refused stating that they are not convinced that my position is genuin without asking any further documents and refused straight away!! Thats totally disjustice!! Now my MA said the only way left is to appeal!!
Well how long do you think it takes to decide the situation.
Plz if anyone knows about it help me to get answer

Hi guys today I got my golden e -mail at 11 am. My time line for visa approval was around 13 months. I suggest all the guys not to loose your hope .I applied my visa 187 TRT completing 2 years in 2017 , July 17. File opened on June 26,2018 and document requested was my wife English. After 5 weeks of further document submission, I got my visa for cook.

Can anybody help here about training question if company paid training benchmark B 1 % . Then which Trainng documents need to provide immigration. My employer provide trainng invoice trainng receipts , certificate, but they didn’t provide trainee’s proof of Pr or citizen .Morever company not provide his group certificate or payslips to immigration. Can immigration ask Trainee’s these two proof or invoice , receipt and certificate are enough to prove that . Please help if someone can . Thx

Did u applied 186 TRT OR 187 TRT and when did u apply? I applied same visa in regional ln June 2017 but still not any response. I heard from someone if we applied in regional there is bit of advantage but I don’t think so . It’s all depends on our case officer how they take our file .

Nope, nothing at all. I called and they told me I had already a case officer, but my MA told me is not accurate as no one pick my case yet. Been waiting 13m so far and really getting confused as there seems to be a never ending amounts of documents to be updated. Did your employer had to update all the BACS and financials? Also we had to update all trainings benchmark.... but nothing is cclear in regard of what they accept and what not so I basically live in distress [emoji28]

Hi mate. your position and time of application is as same as mine, but mine is TRT 29 June, 2017. Still no news update yet. Feel A little bit worried.
