    Bro I got nomination refused in this month . Immigration said the financial is not strong . But there is still profit in business and sales were also good . But can’t argue now . Going to withdraw my file before they refuse mine file . My opinion to u made any B plan for u also .

    It will be refused soon . Then u can apply ATT. Some it’s refuse within week and some time bit . So no worry now . Already bad happened with u . Can I ask what was the reason for refusal and which occupation are u ?

    Hi bro I have applied for restaurant manger too it’s 187 TRT APPLIED IN June 2017 but still not any response yet .how long they take to open your case and also our business have only 20000 thousand profit only for year . Do u think mine will also refuse. Please reply thx !

    I have applied 186 TRT VISA after complete 2 years with my employer. I applied in June 2017 but still showing received as status . My occupation is restaurant manager. Now almost 19 month gone but not any response. Felling worried I don’t know what’s happening. Which stream through have u applied 186 direct entry or TRT ?

    I have same story like you I have applied 186 as resturent manager in June 2017 but still not any news it’s over 16 month and my file status shows RECEIVED only . They didn’t even open my file yet don’t know what’s going on . Is your file status change or you still have same status like me ?thx

    I have applied in 187 TRT in June 2017 . It’s 16 month over now . Immigration site says it’s take 14 to 16 month wait to respond but it’s still same status as it is RECEIVED. Don’t know what’s going on too much tension can any one let me know why it’s taking long and what can be result. Occupation is restaurant manager .

    Can u please let me know what was your occupation ? And when did u applied? I am on same boat waiting for my ens from 14 month but no response yet . Occupation restaurant manager. My agent only provide to immigration training receipts and training invoices. I don’t know that’s enough training documents [emoji22]. Bit worried as well . Thx

    If your visa file not refused yet then wait until they refused. Once they done then go with AAT . Because you can win this and u can still take benefits of Medicare once you apply your AAT application. The only thing u have to wait again 18-24 month more to approve your residency. Is case officer refused straight way or they ask about training how it’s paid etc ??

    Sorry to hear that my friend. But if u going with the appeal then it can be minimum 15 to 24 month on your luck . Can u please let me know which position did u apply nomination and when ?

    Congrats mate , just want to ask u did u applied in July 2017 and file open in June 2018 , as a cook ? I have applied same visa in June 2017 but still showing received In status but my occupation as a restaurant manager . Maybe they taking much time for manager’s nomination.
