I got married in 2016 and my wife came with me on tourist visa. Then we applied for her 485. Our marriage was not going anywhere good and she decided to go back to India for a holidays. During that time, I then emailed her about our marriage and asked her we should separate. She also threatened me before going for holidays that she will lodge a false complaint to the police of domestic violence. I also recorded her secretly where she says that once she gets her PR, she will screw my ass. I reported this to DIBP. After that, She was in fear of loosing her PR so she immediately came back from India. Apologised to me and had pressure from her family to give her chance. I then gave it a go that she is now normal so along with mine, I applied for her PR as well. We got our PR few weeks back and now she started behaving horrible. She lodged a false complaint to the police, in the court. She got Intervention Order against me. My question is, can I , as I am going to the court to submit my proof to the magistrate as I am innocent and i didn't touch her, once i get the copy from them, can I submit to the DIBP saying that she is trouble maker and had wrong intentions for achieving her PR?? Please help
