    Dear friends I've got my grant this early morning. Can't say I'm really happy because I'm feeling that is more than deserved as will be for all of you! Surely it's a big relief, mainly because I can get the f* out of here and plan my holidays! 

    Just keep belivin' fellas! Will come.

    2 applicants LR

    Docs requested 20/06/08 

    Uploaded 06/07

    Docs requested again 31/07

    Uploaded 06/08

    Visa grant 09/08.

    It's actually weird! You should be on further assessment! I've been through the initial assessment  it once my ma uploaded the requested docs changed straight to further assessment!

    No worries in your case with nomination approved you can start partying!!!

    Not sure if it helped but some info on my appli

    • My company has done this numerous times for several employees over the years
    • I've been here 2 years already on a 457
    • I am from a low risk country
    • I was applying as a applications programmer of a very niche field here
    • All forms submitted overseas and local police certificates, literally nothing more to ask from me except the genuine need for employee from the company

    Congrats man!! Can I I ask you what did you provide for the genuine need for employee?

     I have tried to access my nomination to check my MA. Unfortunately, I have found out that he made big mistakes concerning training benchmark (no advice given to company about RTO-s) that might lead to immediate refusal. That is why I wanted to check his work, but no access possible. You have to be very careful when you choose MA.

    I don't know much more man! The accountant will provide such things.  By the way this are just recent financial proof that the business is not running at loss.

    Hi guys! Just received an update from the case officer regarding the additional informations requested: 

    Financial statement for 2017

    BAS for the last 3 quarters and

    Provide submission and evidence that the nominated position continues to be genuinely

    needed in the regular, ongoing business activity of the employer; or has in fact contributed to

    the business as was proposed in the 457 nomination application, such as evidence that the

    nominee is actively undertaking the duties of the position on a full-time basis

     

    I hope is going to be helpful to fix your applications and maybe save some processing time! Finger crossed

    We didn't provide anything yet as the request is considering by my ma too general and she'll unable to generate a proper answer. By the way she thinks that my employer will have to write a letter explaining my roles and functions plus an organization chart of the restaurant clarifying also his position inside the business.

    i mean what is your MA opinion after submit the required documents?

    She didn't take a clear position. Actually she was surprised about the request! As in my restuarant no one else apart from me, is working as cook. Anyway she said that the request was too general to give a proper answer so she asked for more detailed explanations. I'll share everything when will hear something back the the case officer!

    Sure! Actually is kind of ridiculous. Case officer asked for my national police check with English translation (yes, my MA didn't upload the translation ?), police clearences for my wife ( same story than before) and form 80 for only her. Plus my Ma said that the case officer generally asked for proofs of genuinity and necessity regarding my position!
