Company is expanding day by day - profit margins are increasing... acc to the officer company invested a lot in last year and they did not see much  profit. I really don't understand this ... company has invested for bigger machines which means production scale is going up  .... because sales are increasing. so so so disappointed.

all u need is your trn no which u will find on the bridging visa letter u must have received after u applied. Simply login into ur immiaccount and select import application.

Bro did u attach any training plan? That who is getting trained on which day n for how many hours? And i dont think it was a good idea of doing training benchmark this way, being a cook ur MA should have told u to pay a tafe like everone else do it. Is ur restaurant big enough to    Afford seperate trainer? If there is a turn over of more than 10 million a year i think then only we should go for the pther option. Again thats what i think. Mistakes have been made hopefully ull be able to get thorough this..

checking all the previous discussion about Trainning. I am being worried as many nomination being refused due to lack of documents providing or wrong done.

now what to be done to satisfy immigration in terms of meet trainning benchmark criteria such as “evidence the attendance of trainning” at work.

Did anyone have done attendence of trainning in regards Trainning Benchmark requirement?

I have been asking the same question since yeaterday. We did aubmit a training plan along with the contract and the payslips of the training person and the payg summary but no training attendance . Has anyone gone through the same situation here??

Anyone who has done training benchmark by showing the salary of a person whose kob is to provide training??

It is nothing about payslip or pays summery. So far i know Your employer has to calculate how much he paid to him emplyees which reflects on payroll and then he will contact to a TAFE to enroll. So the total idea is the employer wants his all employees to be trained by a TAEF such as workplace safety, Haccp. TAFE will provide training each year to all employee of the workplace. Bro u didnt get my question right . Do u know the documents needed if there is an internal employee  whose job is to provide training? I know normally businesses pay to a tafe or a college . But this is not always the case. If there is someone in the business providing training his salary can also count towards the training benchmark requirement. My question is if thats the case what documents should be provided ?

Thanks for your reply kaz. Yes i know payroll documents but is it just the payslips of the person providing training with thier employment contract and payg summary? Or should their be some sort of training plan as well??any one who practically gone thruu this process??
