i have submitted all possible documents they could need, 21 of them , and didn't get visa same day as nomination šŸ˜ž

That's annoying aye?? But don't worry, it won't be too far. Mine hadĀ a big gap between nomination and the visa. I applied for visa after 10months of my nomination... make sure the financial docs are up to date... did you say you are a room leader too??? Make sure you upload a copy of your working with Vulnerable people's check (WWVP). They asked me for that and it delayed mine a bit...

Have you got your Visa Yet? How long it takes to get approved visa after nomination your Migration Agent said?

Mine took 3 months after nomination was approved. It can be vary cz they've asked meĀ  for couple of documents after a month since my nomination was approved... If I had them submitted already, I would've got my visa before 3 months. Who knows... hahahahaha šŸ˜Š

they didn't ask for any documents after nomination?Ā

i applied ( nom + visa all docs possible submitted) on Aug 2017

    RCB approved Nov 2017

    Nomination received Jan 2019.

i'm also in ACT childcare room leader

Yes, they did. After nomination was approved on 22nd of Oct, 2018, they've requestedĀ for my AFPĀ check and licensing info on the 21stĀ  of Nov, 2018. My AFP check wasn't expired or anything. I've forgot to send it to my MA once I've received it.I didn't even realized it until they asked for it.Ā My bad... šŸ˜†

Anyways, my MA updated both documents on the following day which is the 22nd of Nov, 2018 and that wasĀ all..Ā Ā

As your nomination hasĀ approved already, the visa won't be far away...!!! Best of luck!! šŸŒŸšŸ†šŸŒŸ

Thank you Ish90. Please do you need Licensing/Registration as a group Leader or do you mean Licensing/Registration of your Employer? Thanks for sharing.

No worries!! My MA said they need the WWVP check. So I guess as a group leader. I am pretty sure, we had to submit business registration docs at the time of the RCB and/ or nomination. Hopefully, we will hear from them soon šŸ™‚ Keep in touch!!!

    Thanks.

Hi everyone. My nomination was approved on 2nd November 2018. No document was requested. Visa and nomination lodged in June 2017. Since then I have not heard anything. 5 weeks now. Please is there any with a similar experience?

    Childcare group leader, ACT.

    Hey,

We have applied from the same occupation and same state. I applied forĀ nomination Mar, 2017 and Visa Jan, 2018. My nomination was approved on 22nd of Oct and then immi requested for licensing/ registration info and my afp police check( my afp check isn't expired until next year but I have only send them the receipt and hadn't submitĀ the actual document). Until they ask for it, didn't realize it. Btw I submitted both documents the same day they've requested, which is 21st of Nov. Since then haven't heard from them..Ā

How was you contract with your sponsor. I assume you have been working with them nearly 2 years.

    Hey,

I didn't quite get the question. I have been working for them a bit over 2 years. My role is ongoing and full time. I haven't sign any other contracts so far except for the one I signed in at the beginingĀ šŸ™‚ I wonder, if I answered your question...

It's just coz I didn't have some documents ready at the time to lodge both nomination and visa together.Ā

I am in similar boat ... lodged April 2017. Feels never ending especially as processing times increasing .... what actually applies to us !!!

Hell yes... Literally, the processing time increases every month. Well, my migration agent says the processing time starts since the day they acknowledge the docs at the time occupation nomination. Who knows??

    RCB: ApprovedĀ

    Visa : Applied on 30th Jan, 2018

Still waiting and they haven't even opened my folder yet.. It's been15 months since we've applied for nomination.. This frustrates the hell out of me. I wouldn't give a crap, if I don't have to pay full year school fees for my son like some other states ?..Ā
