Hi, my wife is currently on a bridging visa awaiting approval for our partner Visa sub class 820/801 and upon changing her second name, we are stuck on question 12 on form 1022 (client number or file number issued to you by the department). Do we use the bridging visa client ID for this question? And is our client ID on our sub class 820/801 visa a different ID number? Please help Thanks in advance.
