Hi, am Am i allowed to file for a tax rebate? On my second year visa and have been working for the last six months for a child care company paying tax etc. Even though I’m not an Australian citizen can I get a rebate? I don’t really understand it all as in the UK it’s all done for you. Also applying for a defacto visa I’d this makes any difference to the situation. Thanks in advance

I will have 10 months solid proof of living together. 11 with extra paper work the real estate are willing to provide me with as we had to wait a while before I was approved. And before this we had been together for a while and we couldn’t live together due to me having to live on site for my rural work. I also have a joint bank account, will have registered my relationship, hopefully soon, both on the power bill, Facebook proof of being together photos etc, invitations to events. And I have friends and family who can write statements for me. I’ve looked through and feel from my research I can tick all boxes. I’m just finding it stressful wondering “what if” I keep researching but not sure how confident I am in myself but I don’t think I can save up that sort of money in time

Hi, people keep telling me I’m more likely to get my defacto visa accepted if I submit it via an agent. Is this true or am I just as likely doing it on my own thanks ?

Hi, I am currently planning on applying for my defacto visa, I understand that you must have proof of 12 months living together however if I register my relationship does it disregard this? Or do I have to have it registered for a year before I can apply. Thanks ?
