But I have lease agreement between my friends and me but not with real eatste agents .

is it valid address proof for applying 887 visa can someone let me know ?

is it required to provide ielts? 

As when I got 489 visa my ielts validity left only one year . And I will apply 887 after 2 years of regional stay 

can someone help me if I need to submit ielts results?
