Dear friends .i want to ask about 489 to 887 permenant visa application is it required to provide ielts? As when I got 489 visa my ielts validity left only one year . And I will apply 887 after 2 years of regional stay can someone help me if I need to submit ielts results? thank you

Dear sir . I live in Melbourne and planning to apply for 489 skilled regional visa but I want to know that if 3810 Pakenham vic postcode comes in regional? And it’s a Pakenham suburbs close to metropolitan area and its listed on 489 eligible regional postcodes so I am just confused. Could you please let me know if I moved and later gov will change postcodes list does it apply on me ? Thank you
