  1. We have all of the documents from their link through the confirmation ticket of assessment date. Main thing is the written part. There is a section of the day where he needs to answer questions on a few topics. Given this hasn't been covered since college - We are just wondering what everybody thought of the questions, what people came across and if anybody has any advise on the best way to prepare for this part. He has been an Electrician for over 10 years, does the practical job 6 days of every week but it has been a while since he has had to do any of the algebra involved to a high standard. I believe they are multiple choice questions? Any preparation advice is appreciated Thank you!
  2. Thank you - That's really helpful! I read that the content very rarely changes, just updates with the regulations of electrical work, so this is a great base to revise from!
  3. Hi There, Hoping somebody would be able shed a bit of light on the best revision technique for the more academic side of the Vetassess Skills Assessment for General Electrician? My partner is due to take the exam on 5th of March 2018 in Perth, WA and although in practical work he is competent as anything - The more mathematical side of the written exam part is something he's a little worried about, given it has been a while since he's done any of that! Wondering if anybody has any ideas on revision, what he is best to revise, and what you found during your examination? We have the practical assessment guide from their website, just a little unsure on the best way to jog the memory! Advise & help is appreciated! Beck & Nik.
