Thank you all for the quick response. So is there any point trying to apply for a state nomination without a job offer? Will it get rejected for sure? Or is it worth giving a shot even if the job offer is not there?

Hello For the skill ICT Project Manager under 190 state sponsorship, most states indicated that a job offer is required as part of the documentation for applying for a nomination. Is this really the case? It just seems weird because most jobs I applied for just wrote back saying you are not shortlisted since you don't have a work visa. Could anyone please help clarify this point. Thanks OzzieAdventure
