  1. Hi, I am currently on a WHV which only lets me work for 6 months. I have just been offered a new job and will be shortly applying for the 820 visa with my Aussie partner my question is: - once my visa expires and I automatically go on to bridging visa A do I have full working rights? Or do I have to apply for a work waiver? I have read on several sites and they seem to contradict each other so i'm not sure if I can still only work for 6 months or have full rights once the BVA kicks in. - my job also requires study for a few days every couple of week I am able to study for 4 months on a WHV but does anyone know whether it is 4 months from the day you start study or is it accumaltive days of study? - can I study without any limitations once I am on bridging visa A. If you could help me asap that would be great because I need to let my new employer know! Thanks!!
