Hi everyone, I have been with my employer for 1,5 year now and they are sponsoring me for 186 direct entry PR. I was granted my 457 in June 2016. We are getting closer to submitting the visa application (hopefully before March 2018!) but a few question remain unanswered: 1. Is labor market testing necessary? It does not seem to be a requirement on the gov website. Labour testing and job advertising was performed in 2016 and they proved they could not find a better candidate. Besides I'm already employed by them so advertising my job again would be a little strange... 2. Can I lodge my application directly after my nomination has been submitted? the processing time have increased to 12- 16 months I would like to submitt my documents asap. 3. What exactly is a letter of support from the accountant of the business?
