HI guys. I have some questions about nomination 190 visa. I have experience for 3years as a nurse in South Korea and graduated bachelor of nursing in both home country and here I stay in SA however I want to apply nomination 190visa in VIC unfortunately, Im going to my country due to expire of student visa. if I apply nomination 190 visa as offshore condition, is it possible that I apply 190 visa without any Job offer here? thank a lot Sincerely, Chloe
