I want some suggestions from you all..

my friends and 5 other people applied for RSMS from a dodgy MA. MA is on a run as he supplied bogus documents to immigration about everyone. none of them were aware of this. now on 25th October, my friends got a letter from immigration, stating to satisfy PIC 4020 as immigration says they have supplied wrong info. Letter said"Immi called the business owner on 22nd October as he refused that he applied for my friend's sponsorship." they have got 28 days tp reply to immigration.

is it possible to apply student visa while on bridging visa A?

your help will be much appreciated.

I have good news to share. My nomination and visa was approved today. Both applied together on 15th November 2017 and approved on 27 September 2018.

occupation: Environmental Health Officer (251311)

Work in Local Government.

No documents asked.

Rcb is the first step for Rsms Visa. From my understanding the rcb process normally doesnt take more than 3 months. In my case as well my MA applied my RCb in wrong region which i was not part of but we rectified it within a month.

I think if u dont have rcb immigration dont process ur application.. 

More suggestions welcome.. i may be wrong..

You can check ur visa file status through immi acnt but not nomination. For your visa status i think u have to use your application number to transfer in ur immi acnt so that u can see ur status. Anyone please correct if i am wrong.

when i applied for 187 i was single. 

in January 2018 I got married, I didn't add my wife in my application. However, add her as a dependent.  When i got married my agent suggested me don't add your wife in application yet as things are very rough/tough and wait until nomination approved then we will apply for her visa. 

on 18th when case officer asked for AFP and Medic etc. she asked for the marriage certificate AND asked whether i want to add my wife in the application or not. 

SO MY QUESTION IS SHOULD i add my wife in my application now OR SHOULD I wait for my PR first then apply for her visa. 

i am sure as soon as i submit final requested docs, in next 2,3 days i will get my PR. 

and if i apply now for wife visa how long it will take for PR.

My understanding is that we need to tell immigration of any changes even if some1 gets married otherwise you have to give explanantion to immigration that why you didnt add her or inforn immigration. The good idea is to inform immigration about any changes. Its on rsms immigration webpage too.

I got a letter from ato regarding some discrepancies and got another letter which shows that i owe $400 tax. I have already paid that the same day i got letter.

Nomination ans visa lodged : 15 November 2017

I am on grade 6 occupation and have been sponsored by government organisation.
