Hi all, I need quick advise in subclass 489.
Case officer contacted me regarding proof of relationship regardless I have provided them marriage certificate and passport as well. My question is I don't have any document which reflect our name together and not even a joint account.
Can I show document which reflect her name and my name in bank account and investments and nominee
2) can I open a new joint account now or do I need to show all documents before the case officer contacted me .
1.Make her your 100% inheriter for your Asutralian Super,
2.If you got any joint invites from the family or friends colelct all those email/cards/msgs or whatever
3.Ger form 888 filled by at least 3 different people who are nto your immediate family and Australian Residence or Citizens.
4. You can also write an Stat dec stating your relatioship genuinity and on going.
5. Narrate events that has stregthened your relationship
6. Get the photos and moments explained.
7. day to day conversation (if any) over the phone , watsapp etc

ENS - 186 - Supply and Distribution Manager
QLD - High Risk

New AFP and Health Examination
Hello everyone…
I'm like to share my long journey.End of 2015 I’ve applied ENS - 186, after 2 years of 457.
May of 2016 i’ve got the nomination approved (ON TIME)
Two days after I applied for PR (MAY 2016)Ps: I applied separately following the instructions of my MA.
After nearly 2 years of struggle, depression, anxiety and lot’s of lot’s of issues.
>>>>> I’VE GOT MY PR <<<<<<
One thing I would do like to share is how I did get my visa without ask my M.A to call or e-mail the DIBP every month.
!!! I DID EVERTHING MYSELF !!!
Basic: One call every month for one year, 2 formal complaints and 1 request of Compelling reason
After one year of waiting, I started to call and e-mailed the DIBP EVERY MONTH.
I used the numbers:
131 881
The number of any letter you received from Immigration (bottom of the page)
Tips:- Call early and waiting till you call go for and queue, waiting till the automatic message guide you to leave the contact number and name. (This way you don’t need wait for hours, they will hang out and automatic call you back when is your turn).
- Don’t just ask straight about your application,TALK TO THEN, they’re humans receiving superior orders. Be kind.
- If you have a MA they will tell you the contact will be made with your MA. Do you have rights to know why your file is left behind. Ask then.
- Create and IMMI account, get you application and check if everything was uploaded, even documents are classify as Additional (prof of address; ID, Drivers License etc etc - 60 in total) - SOMEONE ALREADY POST HOW TO DO THIS.
- MAKE an complain through the DIBP website if your file is LATE. Remember to be polite give then all the information, name, date of birth, application ID when it was applied etc etc etc. (https://www.homeaffairs.gov.au/about/contact/provide-feedback/compliments-complaints-suggestions/visa-citizenship-service)
- Plenty of FREE information online on how to do things, ready, filter and use.I did receive “copy and past” answers many times.
I did received lots of rude answers back through phone call - (once one of the call’s an attendant told me : You've been call the DIBP every mouth, if you do this I’ll not be able to process any file of my 50000 backlog).THEY ARE HUMANS TOO, JUST DOING THEIR JOB and the most important they are committed in obedience to the orders of a superior.
My MA told me he haven’t receive any answer for 186; 187 in the last 20 months. I was the only one and he’ll share this to all the others applicants.
Hopefully everyone get’s the Gold Lettler soon.Hats Off t o your PATIENCE

No nothing with me....
I emailed last week as my companies application had reached the maximum of 60 files possible to upload as evidence and we got a response to say that we need to respond to that email with the additional evidence we needed to upload (which was new letter from accountant) and that they would upload it to our application for us.....
Still received.....
ohhhhhhhhhhhhhh

Only an un-positive person would be factual in an area in which time and time again has proven itself to be completely sporadic and luck of the drawer! No body knows how they allocate files - its a mystery.... so being positive in the lottery of visa applications i find some what warming ... Its also worked so far for me :-)
Good one!
What's with your case? Any Progress?

Hello fellows applicants,
I am new at this forum and I wanted to share my experience and ask for an advice to anyone in my same position.
Three months ago my employer decided to help me with a sponsor visa 186 direct entry because of my performance in the company. After that, I contacted an Immigration agent to help me with this complex process. 4 weeks ago my company finalized sending ALL the required documentation to my immigration agent.
Now, I have been waiting over 4 weeks so the agent can apply for the nomination and visa. Although everything is ready, he (IA) told me that he is not going to apply until the "instruments" are available and passed thru the parliament. And he told me: "it is bad luck for you that regulations are changing" My student visa will expire soon and I am really worried after all this situation.
After explaining my current position I would like to ask you guys if this is true (not recommended to apply now)? Is it possible to apply to visa 186 today without any problem? I don't know whether I should change my IA or should I continue waiting?
i really look forward for your comments a kind help.
thank you
Hello Sdec
I have no idea about your condition, It will be a best favour to yourself if you talk with 2-3 agents and get idea, When i was to lodge my 186 trt a year ago I communicated with 5 agents nearly...

Hi all, today is the day immi contacted us again. This is the 3rd time they request details but at this time just an email response from the embassy of kuwait to confirm what the status of our police clearance, its been 1year since we applied for police certificates in kuwait but we never receive them up to now, So the immi would like to waive that requirement if we provide evidence that we genuinely applied and we did that. It said in the request details that if the kuwait cannot provide the said police cert they will refer to the appropriate office for consideration to waive. And today we did contact the embassy of kuwait and they promptly response to the request. Done sending the response to the immi today. We really hope our grant is coming after. We did all the best we can. Fingers crossed.
HOpefully you ll get it anytime

Yes I got it done, sent it in. My file was opened again on the 29th March and then they asked me to do a new Medical and another AFP because it didn't show my middle name. I was not happy over Easter. Anyway I did my medical today and sent off for another police check yesterday. I hope this will be the end of it all. 16 months is too long. I'm very happy for you. I bet you are on cloud 9. Well done xx
Yes I'm...I would love to read your future msg (grant )

Working and gaining citizenship are not related in any way. Many Australians do not work, are students, stay at home for whatever reason. They do not ask for work history or tax returns as they are not relevant.
Thanks NEM

Hi All
Quick question
What work related documents are to be submited for citizenship eligibility? Do they need to know your recent work history and Tax returns? Would there be any issues if one hasnt been working but studying or being house wife?

One step forward two steps back! DIBP opened my file again on the 29th March and have now requested updated Medical. Why they didn't ask for the Medical back in Feb when they asked for the Police Check is beyond me! I also have to do ANOTHER police check as the once I submitted at the end of Feb did not have my middle name on it! Double check everything guys before you send back. 16 Months waiting now!!! Best of luck to you all.
All the BEST
