At the moment my partner is considering going over for 3 weeks so they can ensure they'd both be happy then return home, continue working here and start the rsms visa. If he declines then I think to be honest we will have to look elsewhere as we won't be certain of our future and we need stability with the kids.

Yes my partner is 28 so that may be the one he is on about.

We are a family of 5 and while the process is carried out, the employer would like him to go out on a working visa and for me and our 3 children to go on a visiting visa so he can start work as soon as possible. My question is whether that is an option. Floor finisher Is one of the jobs approved with an rsms visa but is there a high chance he would be declined?
