Hi, I have been doing adult social work in the UK since September 2016 and now aged 37 (Already used my life line WORKING HOLIDAY VISA back in 2008). I applied for some newly qualified vacancies and was informed that because I have been working for over 12 months as a social worker in the UK I would not qualify. However, all the current vacancies I have seen require a minimum of 2 years experience. Does this mean I have to wait until September 2018 before I have any chance of moving over to Australia or is there another option? You input and guidance would be much appreciated. Many thanks Darren
