  1. Hi ABG, Thank you very much for your input. I have already lodged my EOI for Victoria last July along with all the extra documents they required me to sign through my agent. Is that what you meant or did you mean I should contact them directly? Could you elaborate on that ? Rammygirl mentioned that I can file another EOI for a family sponsored visa to Victoria SC 489.. what do you think ? is that a better option for me ? I know I won't get the PR benefits till later (school fees will be the most difficult as I have two kids), but is that a better shot at getting the visa than the 190 sponsored one? Sincerely.
  2. This is my points breakdown by the way. I am now 40 years old and that's why I lost 10 points. Age 40 - 44 15 English Language Ability Superior 20 Level of education 10 State/Territory Nomination 5 Years of experience 15 Total 65
  3. Hi Rammygirl, I believe my agent didn't approve the family sponsored visa idea because it's provisional not permenant. As for the IELTS, I already got the highest which is 20 points. I believe you are right. My points are low and that could be the reason I am not being invited. Is there any other option to seek, other than a family sponsored visa? I don't want to ask my family for this favor till I know it's the last resort. And if they did sponsor me, and I go there on a provisional visa, am I allowed to start a company or am I forced to seek employment till I get the PR? Thank you so much for your input so far. Sincerely.
  4. Dear All, I am here seeking some advice about my skilled immigration status. I have filed my EOI for SC-189 NSW and SC-190 on April 4th 2017. I have also filed my EOI for SC-190 Victoria on July 8 2017. My scores were 60 points for the 189 visa and 65 points for the 190 visa. The job is Analyst Programmer. The agency I hired to help me with the immigration said that once they receive any official reply or invitation they will email/call me. But since then I haven't gotten any reply. I am tired of waiting indefinitely and I want your input. Kindly advise me on what to do next so I can secure an invitation. I am not in a hurry and I can wait a year or two more but I feel I am waiting without any knowledge of what's going on so I could steer my decisions in the right direction. I even have an aunt and first cousin in Melbourne who are Australian citizens and who could help me if I needed anything, but I have no idea how I can use their help yet. They are not even part of my EOI, as the agent said, I can only use a direct relative (like a mom or dad). I am ready to even migrate to Tasmania or any other state, if that's the only chance to be in Australia. But as I said, I really don't know how to move next. I guess the first thing is to know whether I should hang on to my NSW and Victoria EOIs or file something else. I am attaching my EOI for Victoria as a reference to help you understand my case. I really appreciate your input guys, help please help Thank you. E0009905588_EOI_Point_Break_Down-victoria.pdf
