Is Omara takes legal action against agents who uses their names to make fool others.what options left to me as I have all proofs against them.

where I can register a complaint against DIBP registered agent or how I can find out their authenticity.

Dear sir I have received assessment from TRA on 27.11.2017 which was negative. They said that my qualification is not Equal to AQF-iii. i have done 2 yeas trade certificate course in Refrigeration and air conditioning with 1 year of apprenticeship training in India (total 3 years) . Can you please tell what is equal level of AQF- iii?
