I have a couple of questions I hope someone can help me with:
1. I'm currently on a 457 visa, have lodged my employee-sponsored 186 application, and the nomination as been approved by DIAC. Could the company at this point conveivably withdraw the nomination if the position is no longer required?
2. Assuming the visa is approved, can I be made redundant within the first 2 years after being granted my employee-sponsored 186 visa? If so, what sort of redundancy entitlements would I have?
