still I am waiting as a cook from oct 16
no news at all,
and the business have less turn over,
so I hope I will get approval,
 

Here is timeline of my friend , visa and nomination 26 april 2016, cook onshore,HR nomination refused 2 March 2017 straightaway no further information requested. Reason employer already sponsored cook

Can please someone guide me as you all are senior then me .

How can i apply for cook 190 and what will be the requirements for that ?

I have TRA assessment. And 2 years of part time experience as a cook and after that since oct 2016 I’m working full time as a cook with my sponsor employer almost 17 month .

I have done certificate 3,4 and diploma in commercial cookery .

What else I gonna need for cook 190 or what will be the steps .

Currently I’m on 187 bridging visa from past 17 months. I didn’t apply TR just get sponsor

I called Immi today n they said file was allocated to team last week 

Finally wait is over now.At 9.30 am i received a call from my migration agent and he told me my visa has been granted

Nomination applied 2feb 2016
Nomination approved 9 nov 2016

Visa applied 3 jan 2017
Documents requested 31 jan 2018
Documents submitted 8 feb 2018
Visa granted 14 feb 2018
(13 months)
Total process = 2 years 2 months
Occupation = cook
Country = hr

Applied rsms direct entry, onshore chef, oct 2016, no email or phone call from immi to date, no case officer that I know of. 
Anyone else in the same boat? Or has anyone got any success stories for inspiration? Or even better any magic tricks to speed up this wait [emoji30][emoji23]?

Is here any cook in this forum from vic region waiting for their CO allocate or already file in progress.

I applied 187 as a cook in oct 16 .

Rcb approved in two weeks.

Rcb ,nomination and visa all applied on same day . Haven’t heard anything yet from My MA.

i have applied in december 2016 as a cook . Case officer allocated . 

i applied visa + nomination rsms DE 187 aug 2016

nomination refused last friday by vic pese case officer team 5

they said i have nit submit proof that m working there but i have submit all my payslips payG tax return etc

Do you guys have any idea why immi is delaying too much on RSMS as it is the first priority visa but still ppl are waiting in qeue from 18 months and haven’t got case officer allocated yet ..

I lodged all applications on same day , haven’t got any response yet not even a case officer allocated yet . Is there anyone waiting from oct 2016,
