Hi Just a quick update to all i haven't received anything so far but from what i hear from the Berlin embassy is that its roughly 3 and a half months for some people. :-) Snifter thanks for the update. I know its been delayed. Been busy. MSG

Thanks All. Yes worth every penny. Having dual Nationality has its privileges. It has been 7 weeks and not heard anything. I think once my wifes Police check comes through which is due any day now and i upload it I might strike it lucky. Haha! Wish me luck. Want to be out there by March/April 2018. S

Hi All Thank you so much for your responses. Quoll - Yes my wife is Australian so in regards to her getting back into work wont be a problem as she is a citizen of Australia and lived there most of her life. :-) I posed the question regarding a bridge visa - are there any that will allow me to work in Aussie whilst I wait for my Partner Visa to come through? If I go to Aussie on an Evisitor that will be valid for 3 months which i have to wait to expire before i apply for a bridge visa buy that time I am sure that my Partner Visa would have come through by then? Any help would be much appreciated. Ta S

While we are on the subject how much will her first passport cost? this visa has cost alot and the medical lol. il look into getting that done next year. 5 to 7 months seems to be what i am hearing so im going to go with that. if you want to work in Oz whilst waitin for this visa is it possible to on another visa? thanks a million s

Hi Thanks for replying. She has her British Residents Permit. Nothing to worry about for her. She has been here for 7 years as i said. My kids have both British and Oz passports. Ta S

Hi All I hope you are all well. I applied for my Partner Visa to Australia on the 23rd of Sept. All my evidences have been submitted. I am just awaiting my wife's Police check to come through any day now. She is Australian and been in the UK for 7 years. My Medical has also been completed. Has anybody had any experience with the processing times from the UK to Australia? I just want some insight so that I can start to plan my next moves. Much appreciated in advance. Thanks S
