  2. Hi, im a student currently studying in my third year and enrolled in a double degree major. I did not know that my student visa has expired and had only known when the immigration officer stopped me at the airport telling me that i have overstayed. My agent who helped me with applying the visa for my foundation and uni in au told me previously that the visa should cover the whole duration but turns out it does not. Furthermore, my coe and OSHC last until 2018.... I overstayed for less than 28 days and I just found out that there is a bridging visa and I could have applied for it since there is a 28 days grace period but the officer told me i could settle it from my own country and so i left australia for the semester break. Since, i left i could not apply for the bridging visa. what are my available options?? since, i have final exams really soon and the census date have passed and I really dont want to miss the exam.... thx in advance
