  1. Hi there, I'm about to submit an EOI for a state-sponsored 190 visa. One of the conditions is to be onshore in the state and to have an offer of employment for the next twelve months. I currently meet these conditions and would likely meet them when accepting any offer. it is possible that my current 457 de facto partner visa will be canceled due to relationship breakdown. If this is the case I would need to move offshore and so if my 190 visa is granted I would no longer meet the state requirements of being in the state and having an offer of employment at the time of the visa being granted. And so my question is - do you only need to meet state requirements when receiving an offer from the state or do these also need to be met for the duration of your 190 processing time / will these be considered by DIBP? Thanks so much!
