I just like to ask we are currently on 457 & i am the primary applicant. It will expire on 02/10. I tried looking for another employer but was unlucky. My partner's employer then sponsored him for a new 457 and he became the primary applicant. My question is do i need to stay with my current employer until the new 457 visa is approved or i can leave after 02/10?
