Not since nomination was approved which was over a week ago. Husband called immi in London yesterday and they said our application was being worked on.. They said this to you weeks ago though didn't they?!

Hey. I'm no expert but from what I have seen most most people get their visa looked at in first 3 months or so and if it's decision ready they make a decision. So lots of people are still getting them granted in reasonable time but if extra info is requested the delay in them getting back to you once you submit this is looonnng. And yer if it goes past March 2018 then they will assess it under the new temporary visa..

Ohhh jeeez. Were they submitted together?

Nomination approved today! Does anyone know how much longer its likely to be for visa grant? They were submitted at the same time

Hey How long did it take them to get back to you re the priority allocation request? Also do u mind me asking what reasoning was given? It sounds hopeful that you will be hearing soon!

I assume this is because it is the employer who was asked for extra info for the nomination so the actual 457 visa still hasn't been looked at and so is still showing recieved. This is the case for us

We have been thinking of doing this because our situation is actually becoming quite urgent, how long did it take them to get back to you to say you had been approved for priority processing?

Hey! I dont know about everyone else but this wait is driving us crazy. Nomination and 457 submitted 8th May, employer was asked for more info on 30th May which was promptly submitted and we have heard nothing since. It's now been almost 3 months since the request! Does anyone have a similar timescale?
