    Today I received my Australian Citizenship Approval !! 😊

    Applied - 2-Jan-2021

    Location - Melbourne

    Invitation received for an Interview and Test - 4-Mar-2022. Interview date mention in the invite  6-Apr-2022.

    Interview date rescheduled on 29-03-2022

    Approval received today !! on 30-03-2022

    One note for Indian applicants - Officer didn't accepted Birth Certificate from Indian Consulate and based on Aadhar, I was given a go ahead to sit in the test. Scored 100% (20/20).

    Now waiting starts for Ceremony.

    Hello friends,

    After 15 months of pain, finally the wait is over and today is my turn to share good news. 

    Yes Its GRANTED!!!  

    At 4:10 PM, received a call from MA and took a first deep breath as a resident after got confirmation that my PR is granted.

    Lodgement date for Nomination - 24-Jun-2017

    Lodgement date for Visa - 28-Jun-2017

    Stream - DE

    Occupation - Software Engineer 

    No document requested as all documents was up to date for both nomination and visa.

    I wish my all the best to everyone who is still waiting BUT please remember, its also a patience game. you will get PR one day for sure but this patience check will take you through the next level in life both in personal and professional.

    Long time back someone already removed my details from the JUNE 2017 list in the sheet so please consider this as a update.

    Nothing from my-side mate!! Looks like i have already been ignored. All my colleagues in the same co. already got their PR long back lodged at the same time  and same occupation even they newly arrived in Australia and me still in waiting game. Hope you guys will get your PR soon..

    Even global processing time for direct entry is 12-16 months (as long as I know)

    Can anyone advise, if fast processing skills application doesn't gets allocated in 6 months, i mean no outcome then what is the standard waiting time for the result?

    All my colleauges has received their PR in DEC last year except me so wondering i am now in the yearly waiting category :)

    Also does it matter if an employee joined the firm close to the application date?

    If they had had a staff cuts then its not our problem ..Just calculate how much they get from such visas in fact from whole visa department alone, If we paying them high amount of fees then we at least got the right to ask... Im tax payer to this Country...nearly 13k of my pay goes into Govt.

     

    Its really really frustating....

     

     

    I am paying around $25k tax a year but still i m in tears ?. 

    My story is different, my firm has lodged PR for around 3-4 employees at the same time in 10 days time june2017 for both DE and transition. All of them got there pr approved last month but no luck for me yet . Donno why they are unfair.
