    Hi All,

is there anyway to check the status of company nomination application status. I have applied in June 2017.  MA is involved and he is not responsive. I can check the status of my visa application but not the status of company nomination application.

u can check in your immiaccount but it only says `received` till your get the pr. When CO asks added docs sometimes the status is `in progress`.

I applied in July trt 186 nearly 16 months. It is more painful, when it is said that TRT is faster than DE. Waiting for God's miracle.....................

I`ve read somewhere (maybe reply of a visitor post on Facebook?) that they do background checks even if the status is received.

Maybe something`s happening just they keep in secret...

Hi guys, I have lodged my 186 TRT since two months ago.. I have a question, will the officer ask every payslip of my previous working place including overseas or they will mainly concern the payslips during two years on the employer as the one who nominates my
    PR??

    Thank you!

As you`re applying for trt, immi`s gonna ask the payslips from your current employer.
My MA uploaded all the 2 years payslips at the time of application.

sw.pese@border.gov.au mail says applications lodged between april 2016 and june 2017 are being processed.

Does this mean applications lodged on june, 2017 will also be considered for picking up or is it only till May, 2017 applications?

It theoretically means they processing June too.

However if you look at the spreadsheet, these days they mainly processing March and April 2017, and there are a lot of cases from 2016 without any progress.
Someone gets it after 4 months wait, someone is still waiting for 15 months.

Maybe this is a better indication, however even DIBP says processing time are varied:

Feel sorry but I m also in stress bcz 10/2016 I am waiting. Two people applied from my company in 11/2016 but they both got PR in April 2017 on same day . I haven't got any reply till date our documents are same .

There are more applications at my company too and the processing time are varied... Everyone applied almost at the same time, maybe with maximum 4 weeks difference, then someone got it in 4 months, someone else in 7, someone else is still waiting.

I have also serious concerns that they just hand-picking a few applications then move forward.

However I hope I`m wrong and and all of us can tell soon that our hard work, the money we`ve spending and years will be worth :)

It seems they have some priortised set of occupation list which they are focusing to finalise within six months. Recently in the sheet they have finalized software engineer in 4.8 months but there are many waiting since 2016.

I have also serious concerns that they just hand-picking a few applications then move forward.

Look at the spreadsheet, people from March/April are all being cleared, all well within the given timelines.

For me it`s seems like they finalised 2 March applications in October. Both of them were already open last month.
Then they skipped rest of March and started processing April. It happened before too, that`s why there are a lot of open cases from 2016.

But I really hope I am just too frustrated and you`re right about this  and they will go through all of the application in each month from now on.

Guys,I talked to an MA today, they said it looks like the immi department is currently trying to drag the time as long as possible to make sponsors change mind and employ aussie instead. Have you heard of anything like this?

I really hope they know the applicants are humans too and this time is exhausting for everyone. Your life is in limbo for almost 2 years, hopefully they will grant your visa soon.

I didn't hear anything like that. However I would not be surprised if this is the goal.

Does it effect only DE? Just because people applying for TRT have already been working there for at least 2 years.

Waiting since May 2016! CO asked for extra documents 2 months ago and no news since. I'm so lost and upset with the process. Are they clearing up transition stream first and then picking up DE? Frustrated but unfortunately extremely helpless. I can't believe some of our applications are being treated so unfairly. Anyone else from May/June 2016?

That is an unbelievable long wait. People never have been in our boots can`t imagine how this wait effects our life. I wish you get your visa soon.

  13. Hi, the processing method is a bit confusing for me. It seems like they stopped processing transition visas long time ago. On the spreadsheet the majority of February applications were finalized in June and July, a few March visas were granted in September. Maybe they just skipped rest of March and  have started the April ones. Who understands this?
