    Evidence of competent English

Agents are reminded that if an applicant provides evidence of English to meet the requirements for ENS or RSMS, the test must have been conducted no more than 12 months before lodging.

I was reading the update on Immi Website and this caught me by surprise...

I have applied for Trt 186 ( both nomination and visa application) on June 2017, my IELTS is dated October 2014 and I thought I could use it because of the three years validity.

What now??? They won’t even consider if I take one now as it would be uploaded after the lodgement....

    I’m devastated

When did they updates on immi?
    I'm not sure but i don't think so @Dom
my hubby applied ENS on 22nd of March 2017 however he' IELTS date was 5th of April 2014.
Just 2 weeks left when he applied.

MA said "will be alright till before 2 weeks"
so i might think you will be fine.

  2. Thanks Clara. Do you now if my wife can do it now and I can do it when the CO asked me to do? Or is it better to do both at the same time

I think both of you can.
My MA told me that I can do medical check before apply 186. So if you and wife want to preparing a baby, you do not need to wait.
I think it makes short processing time.
I also did before allocate CO.

    Hi Team,

A quick question. Me and my wife are planning for a baby and also started process to launch TRS 186. Is it better to get medicals done before launching visa so that we don't have to wait to get her medicals done if she is pregnant as X-ray is not recommended on pregnant women?

My MA recommended me if i planing for baby to do medicals first..
because X-RAY does not allow bofore 18 weeks. (18 weeks or 20 weeks. Iam not sure)

you and your wife have to decied that do X-ray to wear apron (protect for baby) or after birth.

  11. Hey Clara!
it looks like they have opened one of the cases from March of this year; incase you haven't found it yet, you can find a spreadsheet with a lot of users information at this link
    https://docs.google.com/spreadsheets/d/1INy6sxuUIisgLOT7CcskWLjQjHV_6yVvUBRHceWE_a0/edit#gid=1244798606
feel free to add you're own details, but no pressure if you'd prefer not to. I've found it very useful to see what months they are processing at the moment.
    Best of luck!

    Thx sbrowne9.
Thank you for information. I might be check it every day hahaha
