Hi everyone, i was hoping someone can shed light on my issue. I have a baby who has an injury to his left hand side, it happened during birth as a result the hand does not work. We have been planning to apply for 189 but we are worried the baby will fail medical requirements. Has anybody ever been granted a visa when hey had a disabled dependent.
