Hi all.....My wife and I along with our 2 children are moving to Gold Coast area from UK, having secured work for myself and obtained family relationship visas (my wife has New Zealand citizenship). Done quite a bit of research but nothing like getting some help and advice from those that have already made the big step! Can anybody offer some tips on temporary accommodation and renting (unfurnished) property? Looking at Helensvale as an area as reviews I've read seem good and similarly school looks good. Would like to fully immerse ourselves in the Australian way of life which we've loved when visiting family in Brisbane, so anyone living in and around Helensvale currently and fancy meeting up......?
