  1. https://more.acs.org.au/__data/assets/pdf_file/0020/7319/Skills-Assessment-Guidelines-for-Applicants.pdf According to this link, ACS requires all documents to have the words "Certified True Copy of the Original" on every page. All my documents (transcript and employment verification letters) from the US only have electronic PDF versions. They have electronic signatures of school officials and HR managers but there's no live ink signatures. I'm wondering how I can get all my electronic PDFs certified in the US? Or I can just simply upload these PDFs?
  2. I just finished my PhD in Computer Science last month in the US, and my bachelor degree is also in CS. I understand the first step for a 189 visa is to get my skill assessed by the ACS. My only work experience is 3 summer internships (working 40 hours/week) and 5 semesters being a student instructor in CS department (working 20 hours/week), all after undergrad and during PhD. What is my chance to getting a positive result from the ACS?
