Hello good afternoon: Hopefully anyone who knows the answer can give me a bit idea of the visa status My case officer informed me to submit one document and at that time, the visa status was initial assessment. After submitting, now the visa status is changing to further assessment. If my case officer only asked for one document at the initial assessment, does it mean other documents were all qualified for the visa or I will still have a chance to be asked to submit other documents? yes u are right I searched many related articles and they said if there is a problem- within 14 days they will contact u with a form 884 letter - finger cross!! some people just been called back right after - thank u for ur comment!

Hello everyone : I hope I can meet someone who had a similar situation or knowing the answer regarding the health check I submitted my PR application on Jan this year - After that, I finished the health check around April 2019 - my visa has not assigned to any case officer yet On April ,when I did the body check : the doctor was mentioning a potential issue of my body- he said my health check result will be assessed by others due to this potential problem. If I need to do the further examinations - they may contact me shortly ( at this moment- no need any further action from me )- my heart beats were frozen at that moment Great, this comment from the doctor made me stressful and could not sleep well for one month I was waiting for medical centre contact me or I was worrying if I will have miss call from them or missed email from them Not hearing anything from the medical centre - it has been 45 days waiting- no one contact me I would like to ask for ur advice: 1. If I need to do the further examinations, how long will they contact me to do it 2. who will inform me do to further exams? Is the medical centre or my future case officer ? For example in the future, when my visa case officer accesses my visa, will he inform me to do further body exams ? or the medical staff will inform me now 3. It has been like 45 days not hearing anything from the medical center- does it mean I pass the body exam or not really ? I am 4 yrs 457 holder ( short list ) transit post March 2018. Just would like to share some news here There is going to have a transitional arrangement for 457 holders and applicants post March,2018. If immi does not intend to let 457s transit, they don't need to mention those on May and June agent news ( I hope I am right ) Also if post March 2018 TRT is gone , what kinda of PR stream can allow 457s holders who granted 4 years visa after 4/19 2017 ? Some PPl said post March all jobs need to be on the mid long list ... I hope this is for DE otherwise this long list change one year one time ..how ppl can transit after 2 or 3 years as if their jobs are no longer on the long list at that moment ? ( currently TRT is not based on any job list ) I don't know I can see these signs as good news or bad news... Since no one knows the details of transitional arrangement close to next year Hopefully is not extend one more year for TRTS post March,2018 .... Just provide 2 views and please let us know if there is any incorrect guess Thank u
