Hi - I am an Australian living in the UK with my husband and 2 children. My kids have Australian citizenship through me (lucky for them!). My husband has a pre-existing medical condition (COPD) which is making me nervous about starting a spouse migration visa application process, because o the tight medical checks. His condition means that he has chronic lung disease with around 30% of his lung function remaining. It has been successfully managed since diagnosis 6 years ago - he is still able to work full time etc. Has anyone had experience of applying for a spouse visa before where their partner had a fairly significant pre-existing health problem?
