Can anyone recommend an agent that can assist with a visa application living in U.K to relocate to Perth that someone has used... also is there an average cost. Thanks

My husband is going to apply for a visa and needs to Do a skills assessment. He has an hnc and over 15 years skilled work experience in mechanical engineering but when looking at the skills assessment info it only ever seems to mention degrees.
