Thanks, I have been in contact with an immigration agent already and they have advised me to check these forums to see if there is anyone else in the same situation who had their visa granted.

My partner and I are looking to migrate to Australia. I am an Australian citizen and my partner is British. We are both HIV+ (undetectable). We have read online that this could cause the application to be rejected. Is there anyone who has been in the same situation but had their partner visa granted? ANY advice would be appreciated!
