Hi I am currently holding 489 Regional skilled migration visa . I applied for my partner who is currently staying at overseas . Immigration did not approve her visa yet . I am planning to get her in Australia for visit after getting approved . I am eligible to apply for permanent visa which is 887 subclass on July 2018 . So when i apply subclass 887 , do my partner need to be present in Australia with me ? I was wondering , if she can visit me for a while before i apply for permanent visa and back to overseas as she need to finish her continuous study is there anything that could affect to get permanent residency with me for my partner ? If i applied for permanent residency without her at the time on July , which fee apply for her when she wish to apply for permanent residency . I already paid $3700 489 subsequent entry visa fee for her so if i don't add her on July do her need to pay full fee again which is around $7000. If i don't add her on July do her need to wait longer to get permanent residency ? please advise all possibilities and adverse consequences as well. Thanks heaps

Last October i applied for a partner visa ( onshore ) . My wife is permanent resident in Australia . We have been married in about one year now and i am on bridging visa . My partner visa has not been approved yet . My concern is , our married life is not going smooth as it should be . If my wife wish to withdraw her sponsorship , would i still be able to be permanent resident independently ? I am afraid of that if she withdraw her sponsor , would i have to go back to overseas ? Is there any other way to apply for permanent residency by myself as she always threaten me about withdraw sponsorship from application . please advice . Regards
