Yes I have paid for it. The reason why I need to cancel is because im on a student visa and need to go back and study and i cant anymore, so i need to cancel it. I've read that if i do this I will get a 3 year ban from Australia, but once that ban is up they will re open my spousal visa.

Canelling my student visa, which will also cancel my partner visa right?

Hi everyone, Really need some guidance. I am currently on a student visa, which Expires 08/18. November 2016 my partner and I put a de facto visa in on shore. We have currently moved back to the UK temporarily which is where I'm from. Since being back home I've maybe realized that I unsure If i want to return back to Australia so soon and we stay here for a few years. This is going to lead to my cancelling the visa. Can someone please advise me of whats to come if i go ahead and do this? Thanks
