  1. Thank you Mark, another agent mentioned to me an option could be to go off shore and apply for a tourist visa then lodge on that, do you know how long I would have to be off shore for while a holiday visa is approved? Thanks

Hi, I was applying for a 457 visa so was granted a bridging class a, however my sponsor was regected from being a sponsoring business so I have received an email warning me that my visa will be refused (clearly!!) as well. I have been in a defacto relationship with an Australian man for 15 months so I understand we are eliagable for a partnership visa. However my question is can I apply for a partnership visa on a bridging visa? Can I apply onshore? Really hope someone can help, I have a step daughter so really don't want to leave my family..... thank you
