Hi guys, anyone know or have any idea how to add second applicant? I recently got married and while being process, immi has called wether to add my partner and when i said yes, do case officer suppose to make an invoice for me to pay via immiaccount? Because me and my ma didnt know where to pay for the invoice, he stated that case officer should send the invoice so he can pay for it. We had email immi office but have not got any reply back after 4 days ( i dont know they time fram for replying the email though ) thanks guys.

However, if it's not a selling process, it may just change the structure, you may still have a chance.  The department will give your company a chance to explain what is going on, if your new employer (new ABN) can prove that they're willing to continue your contract for further 2 years, it may work out for you.

Hi does anyone know, what happen with your rsms application when the business is going for sale? If the owner going to change before i get my rsms visa approve, would it be re-set my visa and nomination application? any information would be helpful. Thanks!

Just FYI guys, today friend of mine got her nomination and visa approve on the same day within few hours difference. AFAIK she applied on december 2016, LR country and work as pattiserie on the same company as me. Mine is November 2016, cook and still waiting without any update. I hope my information will bring a bit zing for those who are struggling including myself

I am in the same boat as you, except that i applied my file on nov 16. Sorry not sorry but i dont have any success stories neither inspiration for you as i am dead inside waiting for my file to get granted let alone being allocated by case officer  haaahhh 

It's so quiet today . is there none of the news coming from immigration so far for anyone in here? i have been waiting since mid november 2016, nsw cook, with no update from immigration or agent. Have anyone prepare a plan B here? like 189/190 visa, if so i just had a question will 60points would be suffice to apply the visa?

I wouldn't apply for another credit card yet. Previously when I applied and got rejected, the kind customer service agent advised not to apply again for a while as the rejections end of on your credit report and if you have too many, it can affect your credit rating. But perhaps, discuss with your bank where your account is based and see if they have some advice. Perhaps request for a low credit limit 1st. Just some thoughts..

But,, having a phone plan and paying the bills regularly does help your credit rating when you're ready to apply.

Thanks for your response Hakan! I am able to get and renew my phone loan at the moment because i was coming from student visa. I guess it will be hard as i got declined from one of the bank. Anyway thanks for the advice and hopefully we get our bright day soon! 

Hi guys, i am on bridging visa applying RSMS 187 and it has been 14 months now, aside of that i am just wondering did any of you guys able to apply for a credit card? i have been a customer with commonwealth bank for 3 years but got declined as i am on bridging visa and therefore i need to wait until i got my resident. I need the credit card score to get a good rating to be able to apply for a mortgage asap after i got my resident. I am willing to shop around thru all the bank, but i am just trying to save the hassle if any of you guys have any information to share. Thanks and have a good weekend all.
