Hi there, I applied for RRV offshore 18 days ago but did not hear anything from DIBP. The next day I applied, I was asked by my CO to provide supporting documents and I did. But no communication since then. Well, my RRV is not a straightforward one as I had to provide reasons for my absence. Heard that RRV is processed more quickly than other visas.... Does delay mean refusal?
