New to this and looking for some help please!!. My partner who is already in Oz has submitted a 187 (only a couple of weeks ago) with me as a secondary (de facto) applicant. I am in the UK still and we've been apart for 6 months now.

 

My question is, am I allowed to travel out/ move yet? We haven't even been allocated a CO yet. What are the current processing times?

And what sort of evidence have people provided for a de facto on a 187?

No you cannot move now.

You have to wait till decision unless you got alternative visa (vsitior, Holiday working etc ).

Regarding relationship you can provide following

1.Pictures

2.Fhone bills

3.Financial support(joint bank account, money transfer to support)

4.affidavit from your parents or freinds

5.affidavit from her parents or freinds

6.relationship history statement

7.any registration certificate(merriage/de fact to

I also wondering is there any expire date for health assessment? Like If I do now, 3 months later, the report will be considered as expired and I have to do another one?

 

And we got bridge visa E at the moment. So is that ok to cancel our bupa card?

Just wondering should I need to do our health assessment before the CO request?

And I just applied our Medicare card, can I cancel our bupa health cover?

It's better to do medical now to save time.

If case officer will ask then you have to wait another 4 to 6 months.

For second if you are still on student visa then you cannot cancel bupe insurance as it is requirement of your visa to have a insurance.

Hello all! Does anyone know who investigates the RCB applies? Is local city council or immi?

No doubt they are very friendly.

Mostly people don't know case officer's directly answers the phone calls which disrupt their flow of work.

 

A 2 minute phone call will not do them any harm. And after all, we are paying them to process our visas

Just imagine how many people are ringing not only you. When you ring mostly system say next available operator that means they are answering to someone before you.

Anyway it's your choice i would not suggest to ring them.

187 nomination submitted over 11 months ,but no response so far.

I am new to this group . I had offered a Job with 187 rsms in a new Transportation Company as Transportation Manager. The Company got RCB approval and applied for Nomination on 29-may-2016.The company started its operation by doing courier subcontracting with 1 vehicle and it got 4 vehicles now . They need a genuine need for a Manager because the current owner manager cannot concentrate on Business because of other commitments .My profile is fine as i got IELTS score and Aussie Post graduation qualification in required field. My question is there any particular turnover requirement for the company. as the company is on its growing stage its shows growth but don't have that much turnover. what all things the CO check for approval of Nomination . Also is there any one in this group sponsored by a small company?

They will check following things.

1. Your business turnover/financial documents like BAS, bank statement ( Business should show reasonable gworth so they can pay you according to your pay package)

2.they can ask u to provide evidence of financial capacity like letter from accountant, director declration of fund availability

3.need for a paid employee :

Your owner must not work there as you been offered full time job to show business need this person. you will need to explain this in business case statement.

You can explain that owner is working somewhere else or if they have other business interest.

Number of othet employees also does matter as your position is managerial. (Those who are working under you)

Hi buddies i am new to this forum, i applied for--(onshore) 187 (DE) as Cook on February last week and done medicals by mid March..I applied RCB, Nomination and Visa together My RCB got approved on May 10th and nomination got approved by October 17th. Finally the case officer got allocated on October 27th and asked some additional documents such as my group certificates, detailed resume and some evidences for my marriage and relation. They called my previous employer and verified my work reference in November last week. But till haven't got any reply.

At least your nomination got approved.

It's strange they verified your previous experience and group certificate after nomination approval.

Anyway you are very close to your permanent residency.

Might they will decide in first 2 weeks of January.

From what i know about february-june, because ens (186) visa move so fast and they already move to june applicant while rsms visa left behind on february, but i think they still will continue rsms visa on february first , just because the email update they mix it up between ens and rsms together so they update february - june

Might be.

This could be the reason.

I am surprised if they are working as they said then why there is no outcome on even a singal case in this forum in last couple of week's.

Today is public holiday as well. They will start from tomorrow but not fully but partially. As per information someone posted here before few of staff members will work and the others are on holiday .. don't know how long.

Paki, I think you are a bit confused. They have both all the kind of streams (direct, transition and labour agreement). The difference is that 186 is non regional while 187 is regional. In addition, 186 has a few different requirements to satisfy in order to have the nomination and visa approved.

If you notice, applicant applying for 186 are mainly coming from the 457 visa and they are not in regional-classified areas.

Actually both 186 and 187 have transition and direct entry, check it on immu website.

How both have transition and direct stream?

In employer sponsorship There are three streams.

1. 186 ENS (transition stream)

2. 187 RSMS (Direct entry )

3. Agreement stream
