Acc.lost still exist due to the company double the size

However, next two year net profit is double and co didn't ask any doc. when she made the decision

We apply for extension time for another 28 days.

Refused based on the financial report, acc.lost. Didn't ask latest financial report, company expanded will increased the liability, this is common sense.

I am recently won AAT cases, set aside decision by member.

My visa application was withdraw after my nomination got refusal, my MA said this is a better way to prevent visa refusal history.

So my AAT case is 

Nomination Only

Nov 2016 AAT Started

My MA suggested me to placed a new RSMS application (nomination and visa, same company) in March 2017

Now the AAT case is set aside, the nomination have been approved. I am wondering what should i do next? or What will happened next! What about the my Visa?

I would like to hear more suggestions from professional MA, please, thank you so much!

I am so sorry to hear that declanchou. It is so unfair to hear negative response after such a long time of waiting.

How old is the business and in what field is it? What Country are you from? Do you think that the field and the age of the company might have affected the CO's decision?

Hi, i am Chinese, the MA said it is unfair because the CO only consider the numbers, running business cannot just consider the numbers...The only reason to my reject is financial siutiaton cant afford a manager. BUT!!! 5 stores without a manager???? unbelievable!!!

just got my sad new today, my nomination got refused today.

My timeline is 15/Feb.2016, Retail Manager

The reason is the CO think the company cannot afford a retail manager's salary??? My MA said this CO got a serious bias, the decision is made only based on the financial report, the company is expand a lot in 2014-2015, it got 5 good store in regional area, however, due to the company is expanding at the moment, the profit isn't that high, so the CO rejected the nomination, even didn't ask more information. My MA said this is ridiculous, the company is expanding, although the profit is not that high at the moment, but it will according to the financial report trend.

So my MA suggest me to re-loadge this case again with some minor modification, BTW my MA will serious informed DIBP about this case. The CO can't make decision only based on the numbers.!!!

Not too sure why they even sent that auto email out stating they are on feb because my employer had contact from immi today, not sure what team but it was in Vic.

 

Nomination lodged 27th April 2016 and visa lodged on the 16th May. Direct entry onshore (WA) occupation is pharmacy technician.

 

It's not great news this contact as my employer has a new ABN since my application was lodged so they were basically questioning that. I'm praying that everything goes smoothly but sort of expecting it to be refused. So fingers crossed!!
