My wife was asked for a full health assessment, which was uploaded 2 weeks ago. Since then, our application (1 main + spouse + 4 kids) from low risk country has also just been saying "assessment in progress". By the way, if they request a full health assessment on 1 applicant, but no further info needed at the time for any other applicant, will it then be relatively safe to assume that they will not be asking for more info later? It would be quite annoying if we are to go through more rounds of further info requests...

Fastest I heard recently under those circumstances was 3 weeks. Bear in mind though that it tends to vary quite a bit, so if you put your hope up for 3 weeks, you are very likely going to end up frustrated and disappointed! Realistically, I recommend that you set yourself an expectation of 6 weeks...
