My 3 children are australian citizens . they are not included in the application. ** are you sure about the entry requirement, because my wife should get the permenant residency straight away without needing to wait 2 years under provisional visa subclass 309? ** we are applying from UAE(Dubai). Visas there are easier usually to australia, do you have any idea how long does it take to get the visa?

Partner visa subclass 100 Hello everybody I have few question. I will appreciate any help offered My wife applied for a partner visa subclass 309\100, she is outside oustralia now. I am also outside oustralia. I am her sponser in the application. we got married 8 years back and have 3 children. I am an australian citizen. I think my wife will get the permenant visa under subclass 100(permenant not provisional). My questions are: ** will she be required to go to australia within a specific period after her application is approved. ** will the immigration ask me for a proof of financial ability to sponsor her like salary certificate. ** is it a problem that i am living outside australia now and havent been to australia for the last 8 years.given that i mentioned in the application that me and my wife will move to australia after application approval ** how long does take for the application to be approved. Given that i think i submitted a full application online with full attachments and evidences of genuine and continuous relationship.except for the medical test. I couldnt find an answer for any of these question in booklet 1. All what the booklet mentioned was about the provisional visa subclass 309 which i believe is not applicable to my case.
